Principles for backlog upkeeping

  1. No reminders. Only things we intend to do.

  2. No wonderings. If we need to discuss and debate, RFCs are a better choice.

  3. Good titles are gold. Good titles that say what needs to be done, or what is wrong are pure gold.

  4. Use tags generously.

  5. Ready to go really means ready. If any clarification or action is needed before starting implementation then it is not ready.

  6. Stale gets deleted Items not updated for more then 5 months should be cancelled.

    Please bear in mind that this is what I am following now. I aim to update this post as I go along since this is mostly a reminder for myself.
